Some basic OP SEC:

Don't tell anyone what you are doing and work alone. Don't tell them you went to X place were a flyer was placed. Have a good excuse for where you were for X amount of time.

Know that a public university can lose its FEDERAL MONEY if they don't sufficiently over react to anything that is even remotely pro white.

That means no one is your friend (Not the Cops, Not the Administration, Not regular people you know) if you get caught putting up a pro white flyer. If you flyer also advocates violence, even as a joke, you can be charged with major felonies. They might find a way to charge you with a hate crime even if you don't advocate violence. They will easily charge you with one if you do advocate violence.

Therefore, wear gloves when handling the paper you will print on and store the finished work in something like a file folder or plastic bag of sufficient size. Also wear gloves when putting up the flyer.

When you put up the flyers, do it out of the view of cameras and or wear a disguise that no one knows you have and that you don't wear anywhere else. No costume partying in your work disguise.

Work fast and keep moving. Especially if you get spotted. Make a pursuer come to you. Avoid physical aggression and violence in general. Only defend yourself when absolutely necessary. Don't bring a weapon with you unless you are prepared to do major time/get killed by a trigger happy cop/become a murderer who will be hunted for decades. (This movement needs thinkers right now. For a Hiding In Plain Sight approach, pick a busy weekend night at your local college and dress in team colors. Especially during home football games. With so many people walking around it is easy to blend in with the crowd and not arouse suspicion.

For this style I recommend the flyer drop. You want to deploy the Red Pill in less than a second if you can. Make sure it falls where it will be seen.

For a Loner Approach try Sunday-Tuesday nights. Especially if you have a Sunday off for some reason, most normal people don't have this night off. That means less random weirdos who can spot you/confront you. If Sunday night also happens to be cold and windy there will possibly be nobody at all except you out and about.
