It's not that bad. You're spending to much time behind your computer, your perspective clouded in confirmation bias as all you read is how horrible things are. Get out and have some fun. Start another hobby, even if to just clear your mind and occupy yourself with something other than the constant stream of negative drama that seeps out of the internet.
