I think UVerse is censoring my web traffic by filtering DNS. Example: redice.tv -> server not found. But using alternate public DNS server, perfectly normal.

They are blocking DNS or getting DNS from somebody upstream who is, like Google. redice.tv on Google public DNS -> domain not found.

Is anybody else seeing this?

Manually set your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
