You seent the mcHF, Hambro? It's a beautiful homebrew 100 kHz to 30,000 kHz All Band that can be built for under $300 if you do it right and can solder SMT and will transmit at 15 Watts (25 with the hack) on the HF allocations while it's 80% SDR.

The DSP NB and DSP NR functions need an upgrade, but it's a great kit otherwise.
