Army opinion on transgender ban

It is much needed. They are dangerous to us, nevermind themselves. They have high suicide rates, so when put under the pressure of combat they can snap. Even if we are lucky enough to just have one that only kills themself it still compromises us. We are stuck there with a dead "soldier", possibly with our position given away. Our unit will be missing a member. Etc.
To top it off, even if they aren't the suicide type they are obviously mentally ill so there are the issues that come from that.
Fact is though, none of them would join up in the first place. We would only get trannies that we're mentally damaged while serving. So instead of discharging and obviously damaged person we would chop their dick off and send them back out at a much reduced capacity.

The military tries to weed out anyone, ANYONE, who may prove to be an internal thread to themselves and others while in active duty.
Everyone knows that transgender people are not the most mentally stable people in the world.
The are self destructive, touchy, and anti-authoritative.
All it takes is some trans person thinking Jamal and Chad are making fun of Zer or coming on to Captain Matthews and being turned down for Zer to go crazy. And nevermind the FtM turbo dykes who will do nothing but cause internal conflict because Thon is trying to one up fellow male soldiers.

There's an impossible contradiction. Either transexualisim is such a serious thing that medical services MUST give out hormones, surgery or whatever to keep them from offing themselves, OR it's not, and they're capable warfighters even whithout the hormones or whatever.

Finaly, the rep for transexuals is that they're fucking emotionally unstable. The highest profile transexuals, particularly in the millitary being batshit crazy hasn't helped much here.

You don't have to be a serving soldier to see that trannies have no place in the millitary. The army is not a circus, it needs to be effective and the fate of your country could depend on the performance of its millitary forces. What do you think happens when you fill it with mentally and hormonally unstable, physically weak freaks?

They can join as whatever sex they were born with and they cannot take drugs that could potentially or are currently altering brain chemistry and/or behavior. No cosmetic or un-necessary surgery during service either.
