SOLAR WARDEN is supposedly one of the secret space programs tasked specifically with keeping malevolent ET groups from fucking with Earth. How successful they were/are is hard to say. They don't seem to have much of a problem with all the human groups that are fucking with Earth, fucking with people's heads, trafficking slaves, and conducting experiments.

Some have said that Solar Warden is now over, and that some former Solar Warden operatives are now trying to help humanity in a more positive sense and oust the human Cabal that currently controls the Earth. The truth is anyone's guess.
