Topkek, this is bullshit. AT LEAST until 1990, all relevant decisions in West Germany had to be relayed to the Allies. Some media, like Der Spiegel, was created by the CIA. This says that the newly elected Chancellor of Germany has to sign a document, giving sovereignty over the country to the Allies.

Interestingly, a former leader (Gerd-Helmut Komossa) of the Militärischer Abwehrdienst MAD (equivalent of FBI or NSA, not sure) wrote a book claiming in there that this Kanzlerakte is real. He was not able to publish this book in Germany, but in Austria and nobody has heard of him since. This Kanzlerakte, i.e. the unofficial occupation of Germany is said to end in the year 2099.

When I was a scout we did yearly trips to Cemetery of the Defenders of Lwów to light some candles.

Pic related as well as large portion of the cemetary were purposefuly destroyed by Soviets in 1971 but since then largely restored, including this memorial.

Yeah, although Wilno then had Polish majority, it still was historically Lithuanian, but Lwow had both Polish majority and 70% of its total history has been within Poland. It's mostly Polish architecture and culture, especially the old town. It hurts soo much when you study history. The total destruction of Warsaw (arguably the most impressive Polish city); Lwow wasn't destroyed but was stolen by Stalin out of revenge; Poznan was destroyed in 50% - thus we are pretty much only left with Krakow as the only undestroyed major city within todays Poland, but it was only the 5th prewar Polish city by size, while the 3rd largest Lwow which was also undestroyed was taken away...

They hated one another but they worked together. Dmowski went to Versailles to negotiate the Western boundries. Pilsudzki stayed in Poland to command troops during the Polish Soviet War. Paderewski aided the Polish morale during the greater poland uprising. And there are many more names like Korfanty (leader of the upper silesia uprising) or Zeligowski (helped Poland claim Vilnus). We know our history and we cherish it because it's not based on greatness. We are humiliated all the time. But we try our best to stay above the water. That is why your countries are so decadent. You know nothing of survival.
