I am a Russian born but currently living in Central America for the past decade and prospects are really bleak. No matter what I do I can't seems to catch a break. I was thinking that for a while but last time I lived in Russia was 1996 when I moved to USA for 12 years and then 10 years ago I moved to Costa Rica. While I can speak Russian (so to say) I pretty much make constant mistakes writing in Russian since all of my thinking and dreams are now in English. It cost $5000 to fly from Central America to Russia and unless I have a job lined up, I cannot afford to make such risky move especially when I don't have any support there from family or friends. I think standards for recruiters may have dropped then. Our office was on point and anything related to tickets was straightened out before you so much as stepped foot into MEPS. Your diet is a BIG part of why it maybe seems to you like it is an unending problem. Put as much calcium into your diet as you healthily can, with animal proteins and probably a bit more fat, too. I also started taking diatomaceous earth in my diet as well, witch can be very beneficial to repairing cartilage and bone structure. Learn a few martial arts wrist strengthening and stretching techniques, and practice them every day along with doing your regular regimen.
