Buy yourself a set of tools from home depot. Drill, Driver, circular saw, sawzall, grinder. Pretty much buy a makita or milwaukee power tool set, 18v only, and start looking for general contractors that are hiring. Unless you want to get into a specific trade, painting, drywall, framing, carpentry, etc... look for a job with a general contractor. They give orders essentially to all the sub contractors. Easiest way to learn how a construction project works. Commercial construction is the most fun/profitable as a laborer. Once you get some experience then do with it what you want.

You need your own tools first to get a job usually. Never worked somewhere that provided basic tools at all. You need a set of bags and all the handtools. If no construction experiencem, fucking youtube it. Look up how to use a framing square and a speed square. Basic knowledge of how to frame things will help to.

To the guy asking for construction redpills? I guess. I responded and can give more tips too. Helps to know your area as construction jobs vary on how available they are based off location. In California your battling the immigrants/mexicans for construction jobs. White males can excel because no one wants to talk to some broken english mexican when its important. If you have college you can become superintendent quick, 4 years maybe? if you english and writing skills are good.

If its in your area use manpower or labormax. You show up and are a temp for the day on a job. Jobs are usually more than one day and you can land a job with the company your temping for if you are competent and hardworking. Ive landed several like this. If they are looking for temps, they need a laborer that is consistent and trustworthy.

And yes you could walk onto a site and ask for a job. If your not some frail looking pussy wimp, go to a random job site and ask for the foreman. Tell him you got tools and want a job. Maybe ask for the superintendent, if he is there, or ask for his info. Anyone wondering why I said HE is because I've never met a woman on any construction job that wasn't some owners wife. Women don't work construction, and if you see them on a job site they aren't important. They just micromanage and try to control you in some way, while them men are only concerned the job gets done quickly and they make money. Women in construction have a different self centered view focused on appearance and reputation more than men do. Do the right thing when no ones looking and it will be noticed. Try to make sure people notice you doing the right thing and you'll get clowned.
