Awans were using offsite wireless printers and top secret clearances to gain access to all congressional e-mail and congressional committee e-mail accounts
The information learned was then illegally removed to off site, illegally procured storage devices, that were then offered for sale to intelligence agencies around the world, either by Awan himself, or the Pakistani ISI that he and his family were "working" for and then sending those millions of dollars back home to Pakistan (this is what ultimately brought them down, wire fraud)
