I have to wonder what would happen if you brought in a guy with Tourettes (or even a really good actor playing the part) into one of these Leftist rallies and he goes at it.

And when these people go into manufactured outrage mode, you have a group of handlers who say, "He has Tourettes. He can't help it". It would have to be a finessed scenario like Sacha Baron Cohen would have pulled off in Borat.
