It never existed. Knights in the middle ages were heavily armored and killed droves of stick wielding peasents befote going home and raping the wives of their serfs.
Game of Thrones got the idea chivalry was a farce correct

That's a fairly big generalisation. I would like to think there would have been atleast a few morally reinforced men who knew right from wrong.

Manners are never dead as long as just one person acts according to them. If you mean as a cultural phenomenon I'd say it was never alive

Chivalry is such a Western concept.

You kill, rape, pillage, murder, kidnap, torture and genocide the entire races yet there's a big good epithet you can assign yourself to characterize yourself as a great guy if you behave yourself around slags on some faggy royal social event once a year.
