And regardless of that, the floods happened fast; my roommate went to go help his mom on Friday, tried to come back on Friday night but the roads were already flooded. I'm stuck looking after his cat, and lucky for him and the cat, I live here. I'm sure there are a lot of people who asked for help from someone and the plans just fell through. Just be glad those dogs are outside and not stuck in a kennel or indoors.
