Unfortunately wages have stagnated while inflation has gone up.

40k a year used to be damn good money in the 90's. Now it's a fucking joke.

All while the richest people have gotten more and more rich.

Idk what the answer is. But the wage gap between the rich and middle class has gotten a bit out of control.

Idk what the way forward is but we basically live in a system where you either work your ass off for pennies and try to scrape by or give up and live on the dole.

I have a college degree and am currently an engineer and it's still fucking rough. All while the business owner makes billions for his own personal mega yachts.
