Fucking slowly. And without sperging out. This is going to take about a year, so don't rush it.

Don't start arguments with her or about her beliefs. You can't put her on the defensive or seem like you're attacking her. Just point out glaring hypochrisy in the world around you.
"everyone is trashing Trump for the two sides thing but I just saw a video of a mob attacking a Trump supporter" "Diversity is our strength? Does India, Africa or China need more diversity?"

It takes a long time to break through the cognitive dissonance but soon she'll start to notice the hypochrisy herself. And just nurture that instinct with positive reinforcement. "Yeah I know what you mean, it kills me that people don't realize that"

If you've done it correctly she'll have basically red pilled herself. Then you can speak more freely once you're on the same page.
