Two states have legalized weaponized UAVs for police departments. Currently, they are limited to LTL arms.

The law is unclear about shooting down a drone over your property, especially if you don't know it's being used by LEs.

The law is actually clear about shooting down drones. It is a federal crime. Not too happy about that, but just clearing up that bit.
