This place isn't brilliant, it's just realistic and cuts through the bullshit.

There are only a handful of truths that you need to know, once you're there you can apply them to any situation.

1. Someone knows how to do it better than you, copy them.
2. 90% of people don't adhere to rule 1. You can expect them to be more competent than most people in most things in one day of training.
3. Training you seek out is better than training that is handed to you for free.
4. Anything handed to or told you you with out asking for it has an agenda, and you probably aren't the beneficiary.

Apply these and you will be fine.
