We live in countries where if you become a doctor you have to work for the government to remain on the register so that you have access to the drugs needed to use your expertise. There are some semi-private routes but they all ultimately rely on pandering to the government's rules of practice.
Therefore if you become a doctor you can't be a private practitioner that only treats friends and family. You have to do your duty and help every nigger, chink or paki that comes through your government designated working area's door.
