I don't think I've ever read one of these stories where the person says they were bullied specifically by black people. You'd think that might be a common motive.
The prejudices are always explained as injured people desperately searching for a scapegoat.
There can be no admission that there is ever any wrongdoing or slightest provocation from the designated victim classes.
