And no, communist killing was not somehow "more justified" because their targets were wealthy capitalist bastards. I think people think of Nazism as worse because they think "well they deliberately and systematically murdered people in camps". But the communists did very close to this, and as I say, they killed more. The Holodomor was a series of deliberate decisions leading to famine (like confiscating food and rejecting food aid) which let to the deaths of millions of Ukrainians. It's often thought Stalin allowed this to happen in order to hurt the Ukrainian nationalist movement, so that they would not rebel from the USSR.

Communism is worse than fascism, there are no two ways about it.

I feel like Fascism and Communism are pretty much two sides of the same coin, but the former is reactionary while the latter is pre-emptive. Fascism says, "ok, try to do what you want but if what you're doing hurts the others we're gonna fuck you up hard." While Communism simply assumes that anyone who owns anything must have fucked over others to get it, and no matter how much good you could you achieve for others with it, simply having it is a crime.

While Fascism has much better results in the short term since you at least let people make mistakes that might have a positive outcome, I think both fail in the long term because it requires giving some group the power to dictate what's "good of everyone," which always changes over time. And if that group just decides to do whatever the fuck they want, woops, you gave up any ability to actually keep them in check.
