Was thinking of this. We need to build a separate way to use google services. Get YouTube creators on a RSS feed. So people can recieve info about their videos in whatever way they choose. Maybe even do independent tracking of what is popular on youtube twitter and other sites.

So can we develop some kind of third party software even a browser plugin that would pull the info for normies so they can do minimal work?

We could even centralize the collection of all info you can get from youtube and let people check the info automatically from a browser plugin. Essentially make lists of what is popular and what is trending by passing google. You could make a website showing this stuff in real time and again something normie friendly to keep things google tries to suppress in the public eye.

This is just an rss reader kind of thing right? I was thinking something that gave suggestions. Like a alternative to youtube suggestions. Could be just a general list of what is popular or even something more sophisticated like trending videos based on what you have watched and liked before.

Also Im thinking now it could draw from other sites as well. Allowing it to centralize lets say online video into a website and addon while allowing alternative platforms.

making a new suggestion algo would be too unfeasible
if you were to store 1KB of data (title, tags, url) per youtube video you would end up with a constantly grownig 500TB - and no internet connection would be fast enough to keep up with the speed at which videos are uploaded
