He wrote it in French because out of 40,000 of his twitter followers, most are English speakers Since he lives in California, USA. I followed him when someone else showed me he had previously posted SJW-type shit earlier this year. He is an English speaker.

I knew the name previously though from LoL about 3 years ago I think. Not an easy name to forget.

And I'll just clarify, I'm saying the large majority of his followers are English speakers (and so is he) so the reason he wrote in French is so not many people paid attention to what he had to say.
