Is there a better picture? Hard to tell what kind of aircraft that is. The USAF operates some 737s and 757s as VIP transport. Other visually similar aircraft that they operate would be KC-10 tankers.

Yeah, but it's a really small image so it's hard to be sure.
The KC46 test flight idea makes a lot of sense. They were supposed to be delivered next month but they got delayed.
