Remind him that it doesn't really matter what he thinks. Most whites will be angered by what they see as anti-white racism from blacks. History shows this could produce a backlash which will see all blacks punished for the misbehavior of a few. If your friend wants to protect blacks from that backlash he should teach them not to provoke whites. Since AA applies to women AND minorities AND there are far more white women in the U.S. than black, I don't see why I wouldn't naively estimate that it helps white women more than black women. In fact, since I think black women are so awful to work with, I imagine that AA has netted them almost no jobs over the last few years.
