All you have to do is report the video through youtube's reporting / flagging system and hopefully they will act

Post other recommended videos to flag / report

This is actual a counterintuitive operation, as the videos that get censored then receive MORE attention than they ever would if they were just left alone, ala the Jared Taylor IQ and race video
