That's kind of a loaded question given the extremely short period of time that Rhodesia actually "was".
Lot's of people from all over came to Rhodesia. Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, English, Welsh, Scots, Irish, Boer, German, French. You're talking about a part of southern Africa that was pretty much the jumping off point for anyone heading to anywhere from north east Africa or from south east Africa.
