Everything you see above the west is more or less true.

Everyone involved in this stuff is literally either a single gen x woman, a young fat girl or an especially unintelligent "popular" girls. There are almost absolutely no males who genuinely believe this, yes the liars are BBW fetishists, and the likelihood that you'll run into a woman genuinely believing this is low. She's usually just trolling, women are quite cruel to male strangers in the west.

We've gotten to a stage where the offenders are recognisable and you can reasonably conclude some obvious traits. Always unmarried, 99% female, usually under 35, not over 26 unless they're forever alones, interested in fashion and usually have some issue with men, either too much attention or not enough attention.
