I'm a North African (white) American and my heritage is being colonized. However im white being from NORTH Africa so i don't know if my opinion on it would be different. To me i see goods and bads. I see the bringing of democracy, freedom, and advanced civilization, but i also see the stealing of resources via corporate capitalism. FACT: England stole a lot of Indias resources but another FACT: They also brought freedom.

Yes.
The nicest most developed parts of Africa are all the parts that were colonized.
The areas where slavery and cannibalism still take place were untouched.
