I find it funny that one of the places that FEMA, etc, shipped all the "poor refugees" from New Orleans when Katrina hit was Houston. After Katrina, New Orleans got better, less of a certain demographic causing problems for those who lived there. Crime spiked in places like Houston that took the bus loads of people from Katrina hit areas.
