Pressure is already back down to 997mbs, sustained winds are back up to 40....he is rebuilding fast.

Additionally, as this continues the rain bands are going to re-develop closer to the center of his circulation meaning this break Houston is receiving right now is only temporary...

HOUSTON WARNING!! - Reservoir Release in Next 10 Hours - MASSIVE FLOODING!

If you live downstream from the Barker or Addicks reservoirs, get out now. NWS Jeff Piotrowski was just on Periscope announcing that officials from Army Corp of Engineers are planning to open the reservoirs within 10 hours. Flood water is expected to rise 10-15 feet when this happens. Water in the reservoirs is rising at a rate of 6 inches per hour and they are at full capacity.

If you live anywhere downstream from these reservoirs, get your stuff and get out now.

This is the 1st time in history that they've had to do this.
