Work out , study (read books) quit video games or reduce them,quit porn for good (nofap is optional), eat well , plan for the future.
I'm a fairly new arrival to /pol and 4 chins ( 7-8 months) at first I have to say the same happened to me, took too many pills and became demoralized , I was ( still am in a way) a fat fuck 112 kg (246 lbs ) 173 cm . I've been hitting the gym regularly and have lost around 10kgs(20lbs) and I'm practically melting away.I quit porn and now I'm actually aroused by normal looking women( porn really screws with you).Since my life is getting better I'm happier , the demoralization is gone.The only way for things to get better is for you to change them. So don't despair, look at what is happening in the world as a challenge, the harder things are the better a person you have to be to overcome them. My first "real" job was working as a legal trainee for my lawyer brother. When I got my lawyers license, I found clients and we became equal partners.

I just see no way of working for the man (no matter how good it's paid) and working on being the best version of yourself.

There was a time, during my second (2/5) year of law school when I just wanted to get wasted on the weekends and play WoW in my free time.

My dad told me to get a fucking job if I want to quit law school.
I fucking found a job in some tech store.
It was fucking hell, paid like a nigger, and you're treated like human waste.

Moral of the story is to find something you're good at and do it for yourself.

Your neighbors are probably pretty cool actually. Your coworkers. The flowers and trees and walkways around your town. THe animals, the buildings even, everytyhing. Learn to appreciate it all.
