So let's get up to speed on where this has gone in the past few weeks.

First, we got the Mayflower revelation. Basically, the God Emperor cancelled a routine campaign event at the last minute (48hrs) and changed it to a speech at the Mayflower Hotel about how nice he was going to be to Russia if he got elected. Sergei was invited, and a very short time afterwards Putin's team got in touch and said that they'd be interested in having Team Trump over for canapes.

This sets the timeline of plausible deniability back about ten months. If it's picked apart in court, it will be easy to prove that Russia connections were being lied about all along, at ever level.

Now we've got the Trump Tower revelation, which I'm sure you've seen doing the rounds today. Not to bore you with the details, but there's no possibly way to spin this other than "Trump sought the presidency to give Russia a business advantage which had no benefits to the American people in return for personal financial gain."

So yeah, the web is closing. Once Mueller's ducks are all in a row he'll go after the surrogates first for money laundering, obstruction of justice and failure to declare foreign interests. These are big scary federal crimes that have big scary federal prison sentences.

I have no doubt that Trump's kids would go to prison for Daddy, but Flynn proved early on that his little bitches will squeal like pigs as soon as he proves to be a liability to them.

Question is, /pol/, where does Our Guy go from here? The net is closing, and he has three to six months (maybe optimistic) to put himself in a position where it's unthinkable to impeach him. That could take the form of starting a war or pumping up his base to the point where the country would rip itself apart. At first it looked like he was going for war with the Norks, but it looks like he's already forgotten that and moved on.
