You're right that this royal family in particular could do a lot better, but liquidating their assets and abolishing the monarchy altogether is not the way to go. That's very shortsighted. Right to rule. We need a monarchy.

We should definitely make some changes though. No question about that. I'd start by cutting off everyone outside of the immediate hierarchy. For example parasites like Prince Edward need to be removed, and that ex-wife of his needs to get a fucking job.
The monarchy should also have a greater hand in public affairs. Their right to rule hasn't been exercised for a long long time, and therefore they're running on thin ice. We need to see some leadership (from Charles ideally).

Lads I got a PC like 5 years ago for £350, and it contains a 3 ghz quadcore CPU that is not discontinued. I looked up the passmark score for this CPU and it's 5000. Now I'm looking at todays £350 PCs and they have current model 2 core CPUs with passmark scores of like 2500.

Everyone looks to pass the buck to everyone else. We end up taking the easy way every single time. It's pathological, it's hardwired.

We need a pitboss to ensure that we make the right long-term decision instead of deferring like cowards. Just look at Germany and the migrant crisis - that's pure democracy in action. Everyone wants to stroke their ego so no one does anything. Democracy inherently leads to short term thinking. By the time they even realise the damage they've done, it will be too late.

We're not lucky that our monarchs have no power. A monarch would have been accountable for all of this and would have changed course long ago.

I would argue that Parliament, in proxy the electorate, has the power to remove them so they are answerable to them. This is fine in an educated electorate who understands the purpose, which we don't have.
