I had an uncle that worked for FEMA, and he said they were the most useless, mouth-breathing assholes you'd ever encounter.

It's a job, nothing more, nothing less. A lot of them are affirmative action hires, while others use the job as a sprigboard to get hired at other federal programs.

Cajuns grew up on the Bayou and start boating before they can even walk. They're far more experienced than any dumbfuck "emergency responder" that the government would send in.
