If he is also a trained fighter( by that i mean he did any sport involving fighting: boxing, k1, etc.) it will be a tough fight. But if he is slower and can't keep a good guard-take advantages of that. Hit fast and non-stop. If he can keep a guard and is not slow, be more cautious. But don't be overcautious. You can't win without defeating the enemy. Always dodge instead of blocking. Especially if he is stronger.
If he hits you in the head make sure he hits you in the forehead. It will hurt him more than he will hurt you.

First step is to ensure there are no other dindus around, and if there are, get folks who can and will jump in when they do. If you can't, you have already lost, and should let it happen. Remember, if you start winning, they'll make it worse.
Now, to the actual fight. Get a fast jab in on the face. This should knock him off balance for a second while he processes that he was hit despite his genetic athletic superiority. Two hits may be required, but make sure they're fast and in quick succession.
While he's distracted, you lay into him. Do not relent, as he will overcome you. Do not stop until he is on the ground begging for it to stop.
At this point, you can either go for the KO or have mercy and simply walk away, but do NOT turn your back until a good distance away. He will go for a sucker punch in the back and beat the shit out of you. After you turn around, remain alert for footsteps behind you. If you hear them, a well executed sidestep should work.
