The problem is with these developing nations is they can have some other nation such as China invest and build the city, but it won’t be maintained. That road will crumble, the grass will turn to weeds and the buildings will have brightly coloured washing all over them before long. It simply won’t last as they can’t maintain anything they build

If it genuinely became a highly developed superpower and not just a poverty-ridden shithole with one or two nice pockets occupied by whites, I'd probably re-evaluate my opinions on the potential of blacks.
