Firm ownership is splintered across hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of people who "own" the companies through financial institutions. These financial institutions are the ones who "run" almost all major businesses now. They do it by hiring professional managers while providing very restricting guidelines that focus on short-term profit extraction and market consolidation instead of innovation or long-term business-building. The image of the fat rail baron 'capitalist' who both owns and runs his company is severely outdated. Instead we have a faceless blob of committees and corporate bureaucracies that are not much better than what the Soviet Union had.
Under this system, market competition and entrepreneurship are almost completely suppressed. At every level, Innovation, wisdom and market disruption are punished, while leech-like pump-and-dump operational business strategy is encouraged. This is no longer capitalism.
This relatively recent state of finance-induced stagnation is the prime cause to most of developed societies' economic ills over the last few decades.

And that's why you try so hard to stop any kind of lefty system whose state controls the market. In order to perpetuate and hold its current situation.

A "lefty system" would only exchange one set of complacent technocratic bureaucrats for another.

Paramount Case 2.0
Some sort of case against vertical integration because they've effectively neutered theater owners again while simultaneously controlling the print & advertising in-house. This is how they artificially inflate budgets: Charge yourself $150M for P&A costs through a marketing company owned by the same parent corp. In doing so, they can perennially claim losses on profitable films, never having to pay out to actors/producers/etc. with net points on the backend. The entire system needs the IRS to slash through it with a cutlass.

It would stop the market failures performed by monopolies, hegemonic economic clusters, cartels etc. The statistics and analysis of the economy would also be accurate and unbiased because there wouldn't be any kind of private nepotism, so in the end centralization would benefit the state and its citzens.
Yes, the lefty bureaucracy would also play filthy with those enterprises who are interested in, anyways the country itself would benefit from it in a not ((global)) way, which result is the accumulation of wealth in a few hands while some die of hunger. Capitalism is good as long as the competitiveness and innovation is maintained. But that's not the actual case.

Have you ever actually looked into any past or present "lefty system"?

He's telling the truth.
The system itself is corrupted because the managers income is based on quarterly profits not long term success.
It was this market dynamic that allowed for the housing crisis as managers saw an opportunity to defraud their companies and the American people while being able to pocket huge sums of money.
Regulated capitalism has always been necessary, but regulatory capture has now made the markets ineffective and stagnant.
The Jews don't want what's coming either. No one does.

I'm not a fucking commie, I'm a socialist whose politicians and dinosaur enterpreneurs are still fooling around.
Overcoming a civil war, a traditional-fascist regime and a huge housing bubble crisis is not easy. Future IMF predictions shows that our country will be one of the fastest GDP-growing developed countries anyways :)

Do you know EEUU financed dictatorial regimes in many south american countries?
Venezuela is the most recent and obvious example. Don't want to fall into the meme, but that's not real communism. To govern by the people for the people is.
