This is how they artificially inflate budgets: Charge yourself $150M for P&A costs through a marketing company owned by the same parent corp. In doing so, they can perennially claim losses on profitable films, never having to pay out to actors/producers/etc. with net points on the backend. The entire system needs the IRS to slash through it with a cutlass.
