I like this picture. It nicely highlights how Jews seem to do well in whatever ideology they partake in - whether communism, nationalism, socialism or capitalism - they always seem to have an enormous amount of influence, power and pull.

This is true with more than just food aid. Free shoes an animals will also hurt the ranchers and shoemakers, putting them out of business and further impoverishing african countries. The aid they get is unhealthy for the economic growth and makes them reliant on globalized charity to survive.
