They have done stellar work when forced by raids and they do seem to now understand that "blacked" is not /pol/, but we still see proprietary CTR one-posts sliding the board and crushing the catalog by sheer volume. It's their loss. If you visit other boards you will see that CTR can't tell the difference between /pol/ and 4chan, so people on /tv/ and /g/ are similarly harassed by threads that ought not to exist. The normal response, by the way, is to blame us -- this is happening because of /pol/, therefore, the other boards reason, instead of enforcing simple standards for better content, they simply agitate for the elimination of /pol/.
