I've never met a Baltic person I haven't enjoyed interacting with, good people who have that Russian sense of calm indifference when shit hits the fan but unlike Russians they hold strongly to their moralistic beliefs and they're beliefs worth holding high.

Lithuanians seem to pine more for the past, Estonians are just fun people who get shit done and Latvians are the most philosophical. Politically I'd prefer it if Lithuania and Poland were part of the Commonwealth again, I think it'd do wonders for both your people.
