But I would describe that it exist a 'crime' culture over there. May not look like, but you have the same problem in Brazil where they have 'neighborhoods' of 'brown' people (as you like to describe) that commits a lot of killings on each other. I could simply say it due to ther skin or genetics, but it is a lacking of good education and security in those neighborhoods.

They have a higher proportion of God fearing people in their population. I think in /some/ ways, their faith burns stronger than in white society. This is a good thing and we should learn from this.
