It's the same kind of cyst, and it sits right on the tendons. They don't want to risk damage from surgery because even then it could grow back if they don't get 100% of it out. I'll just get it drained again because it lasted for a few years before it popped back up. Makes it a pain in the ass doing push ups because it restricts movement. If it didn't cause pain I wouldn't care about the lump.

I haven't been in La Rochelle since I was a kid so I don't remember well but the South West is the most comfy place of the country in general. But all the regions are quite different indeed, probably less than in th US though since it's much smaller and here the states are much less powerful than the central government. Architecture doesn't look the same and the food is somewhat different.
