Encourage young men to marry young - to discourage their wives from entering university or work, and to instead stay at home. We need to make it clear to teenagers, that it is financially possible and personally very rewarding to have a single-breadwinner family.

Once the woman has entered university it's too late. They've racked up thousands of pounds of debt, and feel that they need to work, in order to justify spending so much money. Once they are in work, it doesn't make sense to have 18 children, and spend most of your income on minimum wage failiures to take care of your kids.

Obviously, it's a reach to ask young people to decide to have families much earlier (18-year-olds are practically children these days), but it's the only way to bring back the traditional family.
