He is easily one of the the most impactful, visionary and inspirational leaders ever, on the same level as e.g. Caesar or Napoleon.

If you really "don't understand" it, don't worry, I am sure you have other amazing talents other than history, politics or culture.

everyone knows Hitler, and everyone knows he was kinda the opposite of current leaders, so when they're dissatisfied with the present, Hitler suddenly sounds like the "good old days"... hence I believe most of that worship is actually very shallow, and only few people relate to him on more than 1 or 2 points
