Well it's easy in the sense that all you need to do is provide documentation that your Greek parent married (opens a family unit - οιkογενειαkή μερίδα), that you were born (just a birth certificate should do but it will need to be translated - also check the agreements between Australia and Greece for scitizenship i.e America where I was born requires you to also provide an Apostille from the state you were born) and to petition for citizenship in Greece. Just a few documents and you're done but the paper trail is annoying and a lot of ministries here are lazy state shitters only ΚΕΠ is really helpful
