Pretty sure I've got that same exact model, excellent PQ and deep blacks. highly recommend for that price.

put one side by side with an LCD (maybe even some OLEDs, they were catching up last I remember) and the colors will be more lifelike, deeper blacks, actual smooth consistent framerate instead of the "video style" smoothness.

admittedly I haven't bought a TV in 5 years but plasmas downsides at the time were far outweighed by the better PQ for anyone that took their viewing seriously.

I'm no AVS forums member or anything but did a good amount of research. LCDs have an issue displaying fast moving objects. Sports is a good example. To compensate for the judder manufacturers developed an odd refresh rate to mask it which the consumer sees marketed as 120hz, 240hz, etc. Plasmas operate at 600hz which is consistent with what movies and tv is shot at. For someone who has used an LCD for years they may not notice it but if you watch something side by side with a plasma you'll see what I can only describe as video smoothness like shot on a camcorder.
