Basically, the MPs would themselves be advised by a council also elected by the local people as grouped into classes. Doctors would vote as doctors, farmers as farmers, housewives as housewives, etc., the logic being that these classes would have the most experience with their own particular profession; there would then be a doctor-representative, a farmer-representative, a housewife-representative, etc., on the council, to direct the MP as to the best course of action on whatever affairs they were most qualified to speak on.

East Anglia is decent, parts of the East Midlands are OK, the south west is good, some of the home counties are good, some parts of London are passable, Pembrokeshire is pretty good, parts of Northern Ireland are good, a few isolated rural parts of the north are OK. Yeah it's true most places in the south west are majority right wing, with a significant number of liberals and a few small pockets of socialism. Some parts of it are VERY right wing. I know a lot of people are pro-gun in the south west and they're quite racist down there as well (#notall). Pretty comfy region all things considered. Labour did worryingly well there at the last election though. Not sure what that's all about. They get a lot of internal migration from London and the north which must have some negative side effects - hopefully they won't turn the place queer.
