BYU TV has some good shows. It's Mormon, but Mormon light. None of the filth and degeneracy of regular TV. They have a sketch comedy show that's pretty funny. Mostly because I think they actually think up things that would be funny, instead of just doing something vulgar for shock value. They've also got a pretty good American history show that's hosted by a biker, believe it or not. Found the channel a couple years ago, and became the only one I would turn on most of the time I did watch TV. It's all online and on apps for streaming and on demand too, so no need for cable anymore.

I always thought Western pop culture was garbage starting from the age of 13 or so, still (reluctantly) liked and consumed some of it. Was never into movies or TV much, mostly video games and music, but I did unironically listen to Eminem and such and watch at least a few of whatever normie movies came out each year because that's what everyone else was doing (that's how they get you)

Then I got redpilled and became fully aware of what I had always suspected before (forced diversity and equality in media, intentional promotion of degeneracy, antiwhite bullshit, various narratives). It was a turning point in the sense that I was mostly conscious now of what they were doing, down to the characters, scenes, plots, lyrics, etc. Couldn't watch normie shit or listen to popular music or even most recent music with lyrics at all after that. Then it started infecting mainstream video games hardcore in the last few years

So I mostly stick to Japanese anime/vidya, non-AAA games like Dwarf Fortress that are simply free of forced diversity or political bent (there are many), actual pre-WW2 literature, history, classic movies. Physical activities like swimming, semi-productive hobbies like programming. There's actually too much shit to do IRL, they just rely on you consuming the same mass-produced garbage media everyone else does (sports, movies, music) to instill an artificial cultural cohesion so that you're not socially excluded when talking to other people, then they push normalization and degeneracy through that.
