Very many countries are utter shitholes to live in majorly because of the behavior of people in those countries. This is in part genetic, stemming from low IQ amongst other things.

Many possible variants of globalism include moving very large quantities of such people to the West, where they continue to behave badly. This is good for them, but bad for people in the West.

In case you care about CO2, it also involves increasing overall CO2 emissions, as you move people from mud huts to a consumer lifestyle.

In globalism, the government would be so massive and overtaxed under the strain of billions of citizens, that law would only really exist for corporate entities. The average person might as well be living in anarchy.

Well, if globalism is hidden behind a democracy, then it would be even shittier one than it is right now in modern countries. Voting based on information would be impossible. I think that is one wide problem that has many concrete problems in it.

Elite whites will continue to maintain their elite status, while lower class whites will continue to discover that their whiteness does not protect them from their mediocrity.

First you need to define globalism... The left will say that it is nothing more than free trade. This is untrue. Globalism is the consolidation of economic and regulatory powers to world bodies that live in what I call the cloud. Globalism seeks to dismantle sovereignty. It also seeks to centralize key economic activities. This is bad because every region and or country has unique needs and wants, furthermore, centralized planning makes everyone vulnerable because it fails to isolate crisis and error. Last but not least, it increases the likelihood for corruption because it is more difficult to hold globalist accountable.

Globalism takes the free market to the extreme. A worker competes with every other worker in the world for their job. This is dangerous because it forces workers to work for as little money as they can get by on. When you work, you are competing for your job against people in shithole countries where everyone lives on pennies a day.
Now this is taken slightly to an extreme, but it's the reason that manufactury jobs no longer exist in America. Why pay Americans a living wage to make something that you could pay Chinese pennies to make?

While this is definitely true, there are advantages to organizing on the larger scale. The most obvious is defense, where a nationalized defense force will typically beat out an alliance of smaller more local governments, which is why nation-states have proliferated so much. During the Cold War, NATO would have been much less effective if it didn't centralize the command structure, thereby infringing on its members sovereignty. If aliens invaded Earth, then a global defense force would likely be the best course of action.

Of course, aliens aren't invading, so who needs multilateral agreements? Well, there are many other areas in which larger scale organization leads to more effective results. You can see this in the private sector with the proliferation of large multinational corporations.

The post WW2 age of multilateral treaties, while seeing a decrease in national sovereignty and independent policy, has also presided over the most peaceful and prosperous era in human history. State versus state warfare has become less frequent, and its effects are often mitigated by international diplomacy. This is in line with the historical trend that larger centralized states as a Leviathan have led to less violence within those states.

There has been unprecedented growth in global productivity due to the proliferation of industrialization and free trade agreements. Goods have become much cheaper, and the things that have not become cheaper, such as real estate, are often exactly those goods which remain entangled within local markets rather than being freely fungible globally.

There are undoubtedly significant trade-offs, so where you stand on the issue often has to do with your own values, priorities, and what personal stake you have in the issue. I would argue that overall, different levels of government size and locality are necessary to address different issues.
