Do you think they'll scrap the currency and start over after the overthrow? Or that they'll simply inflate it like France and Italy after WWII. E.g., 1000 Francs eventually replaced 1 Franc? France eventually re did their currency so that 1000 old francs = 1 new franc. Italy just let it keep rising unrestricted.
Or is it worth it to buy a couple bolivars and hope I gain money down the road?
All because of US economic sanctions screwing over a prosperous socialist country relying on petroldollar. Very dishonest to omit that detail. Venezuela relied on that for income due to nationalizing the oil industry and the US just stopped buying from them tanking the economy. It had nothing to do with socialism itself.
Anyone who defends the government of Venezuela should be deported to that country.

Damn, I remember using that currency, a combo pizza plus a soft drink was 10000 lire.

this just a pretext for America to invade the spic nation and take their oil
don't fall for it

Uh, we don't take oil. We leave it be. It's just that the petrodollar must be maintained.
France tries to take the oil. Look at what they did in Libya.
